    Course Levels

  • Elementary
  • Our Foundation course is a must for beginners. To have a basic understanding of English, it is very important to have a foundation.

  • Pre Intermediate
  • This course is essentially meant for those students who are not new to English Language. Though they may have studied in public.

  • Pre Intermediate
  • This course is meant for students who have fair knowledge of grammar and vocabulary.

  • Upper Intermediate
  • This course is meant for students who have confidence in grammar and can speak well though not very fluently, and lack in.

  • Advanced
  • This course is for the students who enroll with us for 6 months. This is combination of Basic and Advance Spoken English course.

    Soft Skills

    Non-verbal cues, in a conversation with anyone, can say more than the actual words. Managing the cues to create a better situation requires the use of soft skills in a work environment.

    Soft skill examples include communication skills, such as voice inflection and gestures. They also include attributes such as adaptability and flexibility. Our focus is to train you on core soft skills such as:

    • Interview Skills
    • In this module you will learn what to do before your interview is scheduled, specific interviewing techniques such as mirroring and body language and you will have the opportunity to practice the most common and critical interview questions and much more.

    • Telephone Etiquette
    • Our “Telephone Etiquette” module will teach you to develop and master the techniques that will enhance your operator and communication skills.

    • Email Etiquette
    • Our "Email Etiquette" module is designed to teach on how to use appropriate words in the digial world and enhance your writing skills.

    • Personality Development
    • Personal Development module will provide a framework for setting personal goals and achieving your potential in life. you will Learn how to use language positively to encourage self-empowerment.

    • Problem Solving
    • Critical thinking is the foundation of effective problem solving and decision making. In this module you will learn how to use analysis, synthesis, and positive inquiry to address individual and organizational problems.

    • Creative Thinking
    • This module focus on learning techniques for improving the flexibility and originality of their thinking and will explore approaches used by managers and organizations to create and sustain high levels of innovation.

    • Time Management
    • This module introduces Planning and controlling techniques that allow participants to manage their time more effectively and feel more in control. The training enables participants to identify areas of their job where time could be better utilised and the actions necessary to alleviate problems identified.

    • Self-Motivation
    • This highly interactive Confidence and Motivation workshop will help you to identify the essential components to develop your confidence and motivation. This workshop is also reflective and will guide you to discover, the deeper connections between self-esteem and self-confidence, what is motivation made of and the components of a winning attitude.

    Career Path

    Each career stage can be defined by an individual's knowledge area, career level, and stage of progression. Knowledge areas, combined with specific tracks, provide an understanding of what each career pathway may look like for a corporate hygienist.

    • Student/Intern
    • Generally new to the IH pathway, a student or intern is just beginning their first forays into the career.

    • Early Career
    • Early Career Professionals (ECPs) have completed their initial education / training regimes and are generally within the first five years of their career path.

    • Professional
    • A professional is one who has (or is on their way to) become a leader and has spent a few years within the organization. Often, they are in a managerial position or oversee one or more projects, and are active within the IT community.

    • Leadership
    • Professionals working within this knowledge area participate on teams through their employer or as a volunteer. In both capacities, they develop skills that lead up to and include managing teams and projects, as well as participate in mentoring programs.

    • This knowledge area includes education and training in skills necesary to advance within the management structure of various careers, including communication skills, time management, financial management, and supervision.
